Administrative/Clerical
Consists of a variety of services which include Office Services, General Office Equipment, Internal Services and Facilities. Support the identification and implementation of improved streamlined processes that keep our business moving.

Communications
Leads the understanding of the market and consumers with innovative research techniques, communications, community outreach and media. Plans and conducts public relations and goodwill programs to improve the Company's relations with the public, industry and associates. Develops promotion opportunites across the business units to increase market awareness and market share.

Customer Service
Works with internal and/or external personnel to provide customer service, which may include (but, not limited to): receiving/verifying purchase orders, verifying stock availability/inventory, and process shipment orders. If applicable, can coordinate trade shows, manage warehouse issues, and maintain databases.

Provide financial leadership at all organization levels company-wide. Provide advice, counsel, and forecasting to the Company's business units and functions. Operations (includes Logistics, Distribution, Purchasing, and Transportation)
The Operations group manages the flow of raw materials and finished product through the supply chain. Operations is responsible for forecasting, demand planning, purchasing, developing world class supply chain systems which includes customer service, transportation and distribution. The professionals who manage the supply chain aspect of Operations are responsible for logistics, transportation, and distribution of our products. That includes everything from acquiring raw materials, to scheduling delivery to our plants, planning production schedules, warehousing products, and movement of finished goods to their final destinations. Our Purchasing associates strategically source global materials and services needed to produce our products. We globally leverage our buying power to ensure cost containment and savings. Manage the flow of finished product through the supply chain. Associates in each of our six Distribution Centers all work together to coordinate loads efficiently and effectively to ensure that our product is always just in time to the consumer.

Technical Services / Manufacturing (includes Engineering, Quality, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Performance, Food Safety/Nutrition and Regulatory)
Our manufacturing function, which is responsible for every aspect of making our products, is aligned with our business divisions and by function. We have members from the key areas of Engineering, Quality, Environmental & Safety, Regulatory, Industrial Performance (IP) and Production. Our Packaging areas work with many of the others to apply their expertise to package design issues such as shelf life, product protection and environmental concerns. Our Corporate Quality & Regulatory area apply their expertise by developing and implementing proactive food safety and nutrition strategies and initiatives that minimize risks, and enhance health and wellness while maintaining regulatory compliance. Engineering provides their expertise to design and test new processes and recommend and implement more efficient processes or equipment. Environmental & Safety works with all aspects of the business to work toward achieving "prevention by design" - safer, injury-and-waste-free workplaces, sustainability practices, and cleaner, greener products, packaging, processes and facilities. IP ensures that all that we do reflects and employs best in class processes, methods and measurements to deliver the very best.
