Commitment to Health, Wellness and Hope
Everyday, all across Nestlé USA, our brands support many great initiatives, activities, and organizations in their efforts to promote health and wellness, find a cure for illnesses and diseases, and encourage physically-active lifestyles. Below are a few examples:
-
Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
LEAN CUISINE® supports the fight against breast cancer by partnering with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. LEAN CUISINE’S partnership with Susan G. Komen for the Cure began in 2002 with a flat donation. In 2004, LEAN CUISINE sold insulated designer lunch bags to raise money for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. By 2006, Lean Cuisine raised more than $1 Million dollars for Susan G. Komen for the Cure and became part of the Million Dollar Council after 5 years of partnership.
NESTLÉ COFFEE-MATE® recently made a $100,000 donation to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and is offering a special pink ribbon label on select COFFEE-MATE packaging. Consumers can order a Susan G. Komen coffee mug online, and COFFEE-MATE will make a $5 donation for every mug purchased.

The Best Life Diet
To make navigating the grocery freezer aisle easier and to provide women with wellness tools and advice, LEAN CUISINE® and Bob Greene, author of “The Best Life Diet,” have teamed up to empower women to make beneficial changes to improve their wellness. With this partnership, LEAN CUISINE® and “The Best Life Diet” will work together over the next three years to promote healthy lifestyles by developing new easy-to-use meal plans, shopping lists and recipes.
The Skinny Cow® brand has also partnered with Bob Greene and “The Best Life Diet.” Many of The Skinny Cow brand’s better-for-you ice cream snacks are included in “The Best Life Diet” and endorsed by the health and fitness guru. Skinny and Bob share a common belief that the most successful diets are those that allow you to eat the foods you like in moderation.
